Lori started the VIP HEALTHY FITNESS program on 01/08/2008, I'm not sure she was convinced of the potential benefits prior to starting, considering she didn't have any weight to lose. Thank You for trusting in me!
                  When I joined FITNESS STUDIO six years ago, I was already at my ideal weight and thought I was in pretty good shape from doing cardio, yoga and pilates. Was I ever wrong! My body has been completely transformed since I started training with John and following his dietary guidelines. People often think I'm at least 10 years younger than I am. My mood swings have completely disappeared, I sleep more soundly and feel healthier and more confident than ever before. I used to get sick about twice a year, but I've only had one or two mild colds in the last six years.
                  Thank You, John, for helping me look and feel better at 54 than I did at 34!

                 Jessica started the VIP HEALTHY FITNESS program on 05/22/2008. Her goal was mainly to tone and shape, although managed to lose 16.5 lbs. of pure body fat in the first 4 months. She still works with me for a solid  maintenance program. This photo was taken on  12/03/2013. Congratulations!!!  
                 Sue weighed 123.5 lbs. on 10/18/2007 when we started her on the VIP HEALTHY FITNESS program. On 02/29/2008 she weighed in at 104.5 lbs. Congratulations!!!
                 I started with John at FITNESS STUDIO, at that time I felt unfit and a bit over weight. Besides an exercise routine, I was also taught about nutrition. Within months I started seeing incredible results. Not only did I look better, I also felt great. I am a fairly active person riding horses, skiing etc. I am much stronger and physically fit then I ever have been. To this day, 6 years later, it is a lifestyle that I can maintain forever. I feel better now then I did in my 20's.

                 I was 58 and had been exercising on my own at FITNESS STUDIO for about 6 months when I started sessions with John. With a lot of weight to lose, I had been through most of the programs - Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig - all with temporary but limited success. From his nutritional expertise to his specifics on a 3-day a week gym program, John provides instruction, support and understanding to those of us who need tools to improve our overall health. In less than 5 months I have lost 30 lbs. and am still consistently losing.
                The most amazing aspect is the way I feel some 10 years younger, more flexible, with greater muscle strength and reduced arthritis pain throughout my body. Accessibility is no longer such an issue to me, because I am stronger and more active. Where I had lost faith in my ability to take control of my physical health, now I know all things are possible and my future quality of life looks bright.
